Devnxt Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our client base for Website Development and Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Pitch website development services and Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions to potential clients.
- Bid on suitable projects across various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing portals.
- Write engaging and professional content/messages for client outreach and lead generation.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of client communication and proposal writing.
- Basic knowledge of website development and digital services is a plus.
- Ability to write professional content for client reach and business communication.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, hosting, domains, and website technologies.
- Experience in client handling through freelancing platforms and online marketplaces.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
